Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Window)
In accordance with EU and Slovenian consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
2. How to Return an Item
- Email us at [email protected] with your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Wait for our return instructions.
- Pack the item securely (ideally in the original packaging) and ship it back within 14 days.
- Keep your proof of postage.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the wrong or damaged item was delivered.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used at checkout.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Unsealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Items that have been visibly used, soiled, or damaged by the customer
5. Wrong or Damaged Item
If you received the wrong or a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected], and include a photo and your order number. In this case, we will cover all return and re-delivery costs.
6. Warranty (Material Defects)
If a defect appears within two years of purchase that existed at the time of delivery, you are entitled to a free repair or replacement, a price reduction, or a full refund. Please submit your warranty claim in writing to [email protected] with a description of the defect, photos, and your order number. We will respond within 8 days.
