Delivery area and price

We deliver to addresses in Slovenia. Standard delivery is free for every product, including furniture. No delivery charge is added at checkout.

Delivery time

You will receive your order within 4 working days after your payment has been successfully confirmed. On average, delivery takes about three working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Slovenia.

How we deliver

Smaller items are sent by parcel delivery service. Furniture is delivered by arrangement: before delivery we contact you by phone or email to agree on a delivery time. Please tell us in advance about any access restrictions, such as narrow staircases, missing lifts or limited parking, and check the product dimensions against doors, stairs and the space where the item will be placed.

Furniture is delivered to the entrance of the delivery address. Carrying the item into a room or assembling it can be arranged in advance by email; we will always confirm any such arrangement, and any related cost, before you order.

Delays and damaged deliveries

If your delivery is delayed, we will let you know and tell you the new expected date. If we do not deliver within the agreed time, you may ask us to deliver within an additional reasonable period. If we do not deliver within that additional period, you may terminate the contract and we will refund all payments without undue delay. If the delivery date was essential to you, you may terminate the contract immediately once it has passed. You can also cancel free of charge at any time before dispatch.

If a parcel or item appears damaged on delivery, please note this with the carrier if possible and contact us at [email protected] as soon as you can. Photographs help us resolve the issue quickly, but your statutory rights do not depend on them.
