Terms and Conditions

1. Seller

2. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases made by consumers through this website. The contract language is English. These terms can be saved and printed at any time. We have not subscribed to any code of conduct.

3. Products

We sell handmade furniture, home accessories and wall decor. The main characteristics of each product, including dimensions, materials, package contents and care information, are described on the product page. Because our products are made by hand from natural materials, small variations in grain, colour, texture and shape can occur. This does not exclude non-conformity or differences from agreed characteristics. Items shown in photographs for styling purposes are not included unless stated in the package contents.

4. Prices

All prices are final prices in euros (EUR). Standard delivery within Slovenia is free. No further charges are added at checkout. The total amount payable is shown in your cart and on the checkout page before you place your order.

5. Placing an order

Add the products you want to your cart and go to checkout. Enter your contact and delivery details, choose a payment method and check all information. You can correct your entries at any time before placing the order. By clicking the button “Place order and pay” you submit a binding order with an obligation to pay.

6. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when your payment has been successfully authorised and we send you an order confirmation by email. The confirmation includes your order details and the retained text of the applicable terms, delivery and withdrawal information. We store the contract text and send your order information by email. Contact us with your order reference if you need assistance.

7. Payment

Payment is made online at checkout using the payment methods displayed there. Only payment methods actually shown as available at checkout can be used.

8. Delivery

We deliver within Slovenia only. All products are in stock. You will receive your order within 4 working days after your payment has been confirmed. Delivery arrangements for furniture and what happens in the event of delays are described on our Delivery page. Risk passes to you when you, or a person named by you, receive the goods.

9. Cancellation and right of withdrawal

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched by emailing us; we refund the full amount. After delivery, as a consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. 10. Liability for defects and complaints

Statutory rights for non-conforming goods apply. We are responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. Please send complaints to [email protected]. We confirm receipt within five working days, tell you how long we expect to need, and keep you informed until the complaint is resolved. 11. Out-of-court dispute resolution

We always try to resolve complaints amicably. We do not currently recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve disputes with us.

12. Personal data and use of the website

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The use of the website itself is governed by our Terms of Service.

13. Applicable law

The law of the Republic of Slovenia applies. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law that applies to you. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Payment security

Check your order, amount and delivery address before confirming. Never send card details, passwords or security codes by email. Report suspected misuse of your order or payment details to [email protected]. Only methods actually available at checkout can be used.

Statutory guarantee for new furniture and clocks

For new household furniture and clocks covered by Slovenian mandatory-guarantee rules, a guarantee of at least one year applies. This guarantee is separate from, and does not limit, the seller’s two-year liability for lack of conformity. The applicable guarantor, service contacts, guarantee certificate and instructions must accompany the product.
