These Terms of Service apply to the use of the Moniq Cozy website. Purchases made through the website are additionally governed by our Terms and Conditions. If the two documents differ on a question about a purchase, the Terms and Conditions apply.

2. Using the website
You may browse the website and buy our products for your personal use. Please use the website lawfully and do not:
- place orders using another person’s details or payment card without permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or our systems;
- disrupt the website, for example by introducing malware or sending automated requests in large numbers;
- copy content from the website for commercial purposes without our permission.
We may block access or cancel an order if there are clear signs of fraud or misuse. Where an order is cancelled for this reason, any payment received is refunded in full.
3. Ordering as a guest
You can place an order without creating an account. We send your order confirmation and order details by email. For assistance, contact [email protected] and include your order reference.
4. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as possible, including dimensions, materials and care information. Because every piece is made by hand from natural materials, small variations in grain, colour and shape are normal. Colours can also look slightly different depending on your screen. If an obvious error appears on the website, for example a clearly incorrect price, we will contact you before processing your order and you may cancel it free of charge. Your statutory rights are not affected.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, designs, logo and other content on this website belong to Moniq Cozy or are used with permission. You may view and print content for personal use. Any other use, in particular copying or publishing content for commercial purposes, requires our prior written permission.
6. Links to other websites
The website may contain links to third-party websites, such as payment providers or public authorities. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.
7. Availability of the website
We aim to keep the website available at all times, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.
